Where Healing Takes Root

Here you’ll find compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a warm, collaborative space where healing, resilience, and meaningful change can take root.

At Juniper Bloom Therapy, we believe healing happens through connection. We are committed to creating a space where individuals, couples, and families feel safe, respected, and accepted exactly as they are. Here, your story matters. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Like the resilient juniper tree, healing begins with strong roots. When we feel grounded in safety, understanding, and connection, we become better equipped to weather life's storms and grow in ways we may not have imagined possible.

Founder, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

No one knows your life or experiences better than you do. Especially the relationships, patterns, and moments that have shaped who you are. Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and that clarity can get buried under anxiety, depression, trauma, and exhaustion.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale, be fully yourself, and know that you don’t have to navigate life alone.

My approach is warm, open, compassionate, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I work alongside you to understand your experiences, honor your strengths, and find strategies that actually fit your life, relationships, and unique way of being in the world.

As a neurodivergent and BIPOC therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen beyond labels, expectations, and the pressure to fit into boxes that were never designed for you. I strive to create an affirming, judgment-free space where curiosity is welcomed, differences are respected, and you can explore what you need without having to perform or pretend.

Whether you’re navigating relationships, identity, life transitions, overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to bring curiosity, clinical knowledge, compassion, and partnership to the process.

Most importantly, therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are. Whether it feels messy, complicated, hopeful, uncertain, joyful, or somewhere in between, know that there is room for all of it.

Healing is possible, even in life’s most difficult moments. I believe healing begins in a relationship built on safety, trust, and genuine connection. I am committed to providing compassionate care. My mission is to help people develop resilience while growing toward healing and hope. Through evidenced-based, trauma-informed therapy, I partner with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where healing can take root, meaningful change can flourish, and every person can discover the strength that has been within them all along.

What I can help with

I use a systemic lens to create a compassionate and collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. I look at clients as part of the whole picture. This means not only exploring what’s happening inside you, but also how your relationships, environment, and family patterns shape your experiences. This perspective makes it less about diagnosing what's “wrong” with you and more about understanding how you got here, and most importantly, where you want to go next. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, process difficult emotions, build practical coping skills, and identify realistic goals that reflect what matters most to you. You bring the expertise on you, and I’ll bring the tools and insight that help us make sense of it together.
