Evidence-Based Therapy. Genuine Connection. Lasting Healing.

Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and may focus on improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, increasing self-esteem, managing stress, processing difficult experiences, and building resilience and practical skills while also exploring the deeper experiences that influence how you think, feel, and relate to others.

Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you or simply long for a space where you can be heard without judgment. Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive environment where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll identify the patterns contributing to emotional distress, build on your strengths, and create meaningful goals that align with the life you want to live.

Teens & Adolescents (14+)

The teenage years bring tremendous growth, but they can also come with emotional challenges that feel confusing and overwhelming. Academic pressure, friendships, social media, family dynamics, identity development, and preparing for adulthood can contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, or emotional struggles. Therapy offers teens and adolescents a safe, supportive space to express themselves openly while learning healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, communication strategies, and problem-solving techniques. My goal is to help adolescents develop confidence, resilience, and a stronger understanding of themselves. I work collaboratively with teens while partnering with parents and caregivers when appropriate, recognizing that healthy communication and family support are important parts of lasting growth.

Young Adult

Young adulthood is filled with possibility, but it can also feel uncertain and overwhelming. Whether you're beginning college, entering the workforce, navigating relationships, living independently, or figuring out who you are, this stage of life often brings significant change. Many young adults experience anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, academic stress, relationship concerns, identity exploration, career uncertainty, or difficulty balancing life's many responsibilities. Therapy provides a space to gain clarity, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen confidence, and navigate life's transitions with greater resilience, while working toward reducing stress, improving emotional well-being, building healthier relationships, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship experiences seasons of stress, conflict, and change. Whether you're feeling disconnected, struggling with communication, rebuilding trust, navigating life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy can help you reconnect with one another. My approach to couples counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based relationship research. Rather than assigning blame, we'll work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and develop healthier ways of communicating, resolving conflict, and supporting one another. Couples therapy may help with communication challenges, recurring conflict, intimacy concerns, parenting stress, premarital counseling, infidelity recovery, blended family adjustments, grief, life transitions, and strengthening emotional connection. Healthy relationships aren't built on perfection. They're built through understanding, trust, and intentional connection. Together, we'll help you create a stronger foundation for your relationship.

Family Therapy

Families naturally experience periods of change, stress, and conflict. Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, adolescent concerns, communication difficulties, grief, divorce, or major life transitions, family therapy creates a safe space for every voice to be heard. Rather than focusing on one individual, family therapy looks at the relationships, communication patterns, and dynamics that influence the entire family system. Together, we'll strengthen understanding, improve communication, reduce conflict, and build healthier ways of supporting one another. Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your family's unique strengths, values, and goals. I believe every family has the capacity for growth when given the opportunity to develop new tools and deeper understanding. Family therapy can help improve communication, resolve conflict, strengthen parent-child relationships, navigate behavioral concerns, support adolescents, process grief and loss, adjust to life transitions, and foster healthier family connections.
